Dr. Gaylen Bartlett grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and is very excited to have the opportunity to come back and serve his community. He graduated from Sandra Day O’Connor High School, studied Biochemistry at Arizona State University, and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He also spent time in Newburgh, NY serving in the largest pediatric practice in the state and one of the largest volume practices in the whole Northeast. During this time Dr. Bartlett saw many cases such as Seizures, Infertility, ADHD, Ear Infections, Digestive Issues, and many more.

Dr. Bartlett is proficient in the Gonstead system of chiropractic and Torque Release Technique. He has countless extra-clinical hours training in the Gonstead work. These techniques allows Dr. Bartlett to provide the most specific and gentle care, giving you the best chance to heal and reach your health goals. (see the technique page for more info on his technique.)

When not in the office, Dr. Bartlett has a passion for being very active in the community. He enjoys a variety of sports, however, he would say that baseball is the one he is most passionate about. Dr. Bartlett’s main passion is Chiropractic, and he loves spreading the message of chiropractic, health, and healing. If you would ever like Dr. Bartlett to come and speak at your business totally complimentary, please refer to the link on the home page.

Paula is the mom around the office in the most literal sense of the word. She's Dr. Gaylen's mom and also ADIO Chiropractic's Chiro Assistant. Paula enjoys being with her family all the time. (I guess that's why she decided to work with them too!) She's married to the love of her life, and they've lived in Arizona for 36 years. They have raised their 3 children here in the valley. Dr. Gaylen, Jordan, and Daryn. When Paula needs a break from the kids, her and her husband Gaylen like to go on stay-cations and getaways! Their favorite place to go is Newport Beach, California. They never go without stopping at the Crab Cooker, a Bartlett family staple.

Paula plays a huge role in maintaining the love and laughter that flows throughout the office! She has a heart for people and building strong relationships! Next time you're in the office, make sure you remind her of how awesome she is!

Daryn is Dr. Gaylen’s baby sister, and she loves playing a part in the ADIO Team. She’s the head of design and marketing for the office, so she works alongside the team to create content for our social media channels. She may look familiar, as she started off with us at the front desk. She’s taken her design career full-time, and is in and out of the back office!

When she’s not working, she’s probably hanging out with her husband, friends or family… or on the couch watching chick-flicks with her golden retriever, Brinkley.

Kaleigh Scheideman

She's an Arizona native (super rare) but also has a heart for Colorado. Kaleigh joined the ADIO Team in 2017 and has known the Bartlett's for quite some time, so she's basically family.

Kaleigh graduated from Arizona State and earned a unique + fun degree that involves recreation, tourism and event management! So she is not only one of the friendly faces you see when you first come in, but she also helps plan and coordinate all the fun events and happenings you see around the office.

Outside of the office, you can catch Kaleigh in a pair Chacos, a Hydro Flask in hand and two German Shepards in tow. She enjoys adventuring with her husband, campfires + coffee and simply spending time with family (preferably outdoors). Fun Fact: She is a National Parks nerd, so feel free to share any tips, tricks and trips you may have the next time you are in the office!

Ashleigh Short

I am originally born and raised in St. Louis Missouri, then moved over to Phoenix, Arizona in 2009. That year is when I met my husband, Zach. We got married in2013 in our beautiful church and recently celebrated our sixth wedding anniversary. We are also the youth leaders of our Church as well, for junior high and high school aged kids. Although we don’t have any children of our own just yet, we cherish the time we spend with our youth kids. I am also very family oriented. I am the youngest of four siblings, the other three being my older brothers. Two of my older brothers have blessed me with eight nieces and nephews that absolutely I adore.

I also love learning new things. I graduated in 2015 with my bachelor’s degree in biblical studies at Grand Canyon University. I am currently attending Grand Canyon University to work on my master’s degree of Psychology in ForensicScience.

My husband Zach and I are also very passionate about pursuing a healthy lifestyle for ourselves and those around us as well. One of our favorite hobbies to do together is CrossFit. We enjoy being part of that type of community that involves growing together, getting stronger, and pushing our bodies to new limits. While staying healthy is important to me, I also like to indulge in some soft baked chocolate chip cookies every now and then! Naps and food are just a few of my favorite things! When the weather starts to cool down in Phoenix, I always enjoy being outside. Whether its hiking or simply taking our two beautiful German Shepherds dogs for a walk. I am really looking forward to meeting you and getting to know you!

Healing stories.
