When you’ve tried everything

Maybe you’ve done the pills, the shots, and the stretches. Maybe someone told you surgery is next, or that you’ll just have to live with it.

That’s a heavy thing to carry. It’s tiring to keep hoping and keep getting the same answer.

What you really want is your life back. Walking, working, and sleeping without the pain calling the shots.

A clear answer, with no pressure

Your $99 candidacy exam is built to give you a straight answer. We listen to your whole story, do a hands-on exam, and take any X-rays you need right here.

If decompression is a fit, we walk you through the plan and the cost together. It’s not covered by insurance, and we accept HSA and FSA. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you that too.

Either way, you leave knowing where you stand. And you’ll have a team that genuinely cares what happens next.

If you’re ready for some clarity, book your candidacy exam below.

What is spinal decompression?

Spinal decompression is a gentle, motorized stretch of the spine.

You lie on a padded table, fully clothed. The table slowly pulls and releases in a steady rhythm.

The goal is to take pressure off the discs and the nerves around them. Those nerves are what send pain down your leg or arm.

We can do it for the low back or the neck.

How it works

First, we evaluate. Not everyone is a candidate, so nothing starts until your exam tells us decompression is a safe fit.

If it is, your program has four stages over about six weeks, then maintenance. Decompression is combined with chiropractic adjustments, and you get simple at-home exercises at each stage.

  1. 1

    Weeks 1 and 2

    Calm the Nerve

Gentle, rhythmic sessions to ease pressure on an irritated nerve. Easy home exercises like breathing and short walks.

  2. 2

    Weeks 3 and 4

    Support the Disc

Longer, steady holds that focus on the disc and the space around the nerve. Home exercises build from there.

  3. 3

    Weeks 5 and 6

    Rebuild Strength

The focus shifts to strength and stability, in the office and at home.

  4. 4

    After the program

    Sustain and Protect

Occasional maintenance visits, a lot like a dental cleaning for your spine.

Every session is gentle and controlled, never forced. You hold a stop button the whole time. It should feel like a strong stretch, never pain.

Common questions

What does it feel like?

Most people find it relaxing. It is gentle and controlled, never forced. It should feel like a strong stretch, never pain. You hold a stop button the whole time.

Is it safe for me?

Decompression isn’t right for everyone. That is why we start with an exam and a look at your imaging. If it is not a safe fit for you, we will tell you.

What does the $99 exam include?

A consultation, a full exam, and any X-rays you need. MRIs are not included. If you already have one, your doctor will review it with you.

How many sessions will I need, and what does it cost?

It depends on your exam and imaging. Every plan is different. If you are a good fit, we go over the number of sessions and the cost with you before you start.

Does insurance cover decompression?

Decompression isn’t covered by insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA cards, so you can use those if you have them.

I’ve been told I might need surgery. Can I still come in?

Of course. Many people want to look at non-surgical options first. We can’t promise decompression will change that decision, but we can give you an honest second look. We are always happy to work alongside your other doctors.

Do I need an MRI first?

No. Come as you are. If X-rays are needed, we take them here. If you already have an MRI, bring it along.
